Hello! My name is Katie McIntyre. This is my 14th year teaching at Southland Middle School. I currently teach 6th grade, 7th grade, and 8th grade mathematics classes, and 6th grade Minnesota History. Along with teaching academic classes I am also the co-middle school student council advisor, middle school yearbook advisor, and I plan the 7th grade Eagle Bluff trip. I received my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Middle School Mathematics from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2002. I received my Masters in Education from Saint Mary's University in 2005. I live in Austin with my husband and three beautiful girls. In spare time I like to teach dance classes for Just for Kix, be with my family and read. Go Rebels! |
