Southland Rebel Nation Request Policies

 
  1. Main request period will be in the spring before the end of the school year.

  2. Requests will be accepted throughout the year.  They need to be submitted to the school liaison (principal or activities director) one week prior to the scheduled bi-monthly meeting.

  3. If there is a request that presents itself in between scheduled meetings Southland Rebel Nation has a bylaw that requests less than $500 can be approved via email, however if it is above $500 a special meeting will need to be called.

  4. Donations will not be given to Senior Projects.

  5. The person requesting a donation will need to come to the meeting to give a deeper explanation of the request or able to answer questions the Southland Rebel Nation board may have.  If they are unable to attend the meeting a short video will need to be submitted to give more explanation of their request.

Once the item(s) have been purchased and delivered, send a picture with students using it to the Southland Rebel Nation email (rebelnation08@gmail.com) or send to a board member to be posted to the Southland Rebel Nation Facebook page and website.
